1. Wash Your Hands – Always begin with clean hands.
2. Unwrap the Tampon – Carefully remove the outer wrapping.
3. Find a Comfortable Position – Sit, squat, or stand with one leg raised for easier insertion.
4. Insert the Tampon – Hold the base, place it at the vaginal opening, and gently push it inside using your finger until it feels comfortable.
5. Leave the String Outside – Ensure the string hangs out for easy removal later.
6. Change Every 4–6 Hours – Remove by gently pulling the string downward and discard responsibly.
